Create a sale

Lock test Stock Token for one buyer. All test USDG payments stay in escrow until the last installment.

The buyer may pay early. A missed due date lets either side unwind: the asset returns to the seller and escrowed payments return to the buyer. There is no partial seller payout.

Need test assets? These tokens are freely mintable fixtures, not canonical Stock Tokens or USDG.
